Description:
 Queensland is an increasingly multicultural society being home to people who speak more than 220 languages, hold more than 100 religious beliefs and come from more than 220 countries. Join Albertina Banks, a refugee from West Papua and an Australian Dutch-Indonesian Citizen since 1967, in this interactive workshop to explore and consider our cultural differences. Aimed at gaining a better understanding of our diverse cultural perspectives, attitudes, and communication barriers, this workshop is suitable for secondary school students and adults, and is presented for Queensland's Multicultural Month which runs in August each year.
